Volterra, the "balze", sensual hills and a soft look that caresses everything ...and then an immersion of the senses in the unique dialogue between man and nature: wines and cheeses that enclose the flowers, the rocks, the sun, the history and all that, in time and space, has crossed this land...
A 3 days Ebike trip to discover the flavors of this land tasting typical cheeses and wines from this unique and wonderful Tuscany. We will stay in an authentic farm overlooking the hills of Volterra where we will learn the art of cheese making and learn how to taste it.
We will ride on the ridge between the sinuous and sensual valleys overlooking beautiful views. We will immerse our senses in the gullies and crags that mysteriously swallowed up the ancient Etruscan necropolis of Badia, visit San Giusto and cycle into Volterra through its ancient gates. The following day our first destination will be the village of Montecatini Val di Cecina with its imposing Tower of Belforti and from there we will make a journey into the heart of the earth through the network of mines of Camporciano. On the third day visit of the farm and a walk/hike among the fields where we will stop in a winery to taste the wines produced in this unique land for a last dive of senses together with a light lunch.

The practicability of the trails may be affected by weather conditions. In case of adverse weather, the excursion can be cancelled even with short notice. It will be our concern to inform the participants as soon as possible if faced with this eventuality.
The guide in charge of the excursion reserves the right to modify the itinerary if necessary, depending on weather conditions or other factors that may create difficulties for the safety of the group.
THE FEE INCLUDES
Organization, coordination and conduction of activities. Accompaniment with Environmental
Hiking Guide qualified under the L.R. 86/2016 and subsequent amendments. RCT insurance for the entire duration of the excursion.
